Targeted Assistance Strategy

In 2011 The Targeted Assistance Strategy Panel commissioned a data report to examine ACT household expenditure; undertook community consultation with community groups, business and within the ACT Government; considered academic research; and investigated approaches and programs operating in other jurisdictions.
