The Commission released a draft report and draft decision on 5 April 2012, proposing a regulated maximum tariff for the supply of electricity to franchise customers.

Written submissions on the draft report and draft decision are invited by interested persons. The closing date for submissions is Tuesday 8 May 2012.
The Commission will hold a public hearing on Friday 11 May 2012 where there is sufficient stakeholder interest. Where a public hearing is to be held, any persons wishing to appear at the hearing must contact the Commission to register. Registration must be made no later than Tuesday 8 May 2012.
